The Leadership in Action (LIA) Committee is a dynamic student leadership body dedicated to fostering responsibility, initiative, and school spirit within the school community. The committee provides learners with meaningful opportunities to develop leadership skills through active involvement in planning and executing events, projects, and outreach initiatives. By encouraging collaboration, accountability, and creative thinking, LIA empowers students to become confident leaders who lead by example.
The committee plays a central role in organising major school events such as assemblies, themed functions, community service drives, and special celebrations. Through these activities, members learn valuable skills including teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and time management.
Beyond event coordination, the Leadership in Action Committee promotes a culture of service and integrity. Members are expected to uphold the values of respect, commitment, and excellence in all they do. Ultimately, LIA aims to inspire learners to take ownership of their roles within the school and to make a positive, lasting impact both inside and beyond the school environment.
