As part of our ongoing commitment to improving efficiency, safety, and convenience across
our school community, we are taking essential steps toward becoming a fully cashless
environment. To support this initiative, we encourage all families to use the Karri App for all
school-related payments, except school fees, which should continue to be paid via EFT.
The Karri App offers a quick, secure, and user-friendly way to manage payments for items
such as outings, events, casual days, fundraising initiatives, and other once-off school
activities. By reducing cash handling on campus, we enhance payment security and
accountability while simplifying administrative processes for both parents and staff.
Important: Sports Permission Agreement on the Karri App
This year, the Sports Permission Agreement—which all parents are required to complete—
will be distributed via the Karri App and can be completed online. This agreement is
essential, as it covers learner participation in the Physical Education component of Life
Orientation and all extra‑curricular activities. We kindly ask that parents complete this digital
agreement as soon as it becomes available to ensure learners may take part in all school
sporting and physical activities without delay.
